The worst reception ever. Takes hours to check in. Avoid this place.

Can you hit it during the off-season and it's pretty affordable it's nice it's clean well located. Has washer dryers in the buildings full kitchen it has all the amenities. I wouldn't give it like five star but like if you're here for like a ski trip or something it's got everything you need it's quiet and it's comfortable. But crank up the heat it gets cold. 😉

Just needs updates, been the same since built. Guest shower is awfully small for adults.

We had books a room through Priceline months ago. I called Club Tahoe the week before to confirm and even got a confirmation from Priceline the day of. When we got to Club Tahoe they said they are not honoring the reservation because of new ownership and current lawsuits. They refused to do anything. What a shole.

Same here, had a payed reservation for months, show up 7 pm, reception closed, annoying lady on the phone tells us they had cancelled the reservation 3 months ago and it‘s our problem that we ”weren’t notified”. Worst service ever. Cannot recommend staying here at all if you want to enjoy your vacation. Avoid 100%

After a 10 hour drive we arrived to check in. NO KEY was in the lock box and NO ONE was available to check us in! After waiting several hours (past midnight) we finally got in touch with a rude manager, named Kathy Winter, who told us that nobody was on site to help us and that we should go to RENO and get a room (and we would be reimbursed). We finally got to Reno at 2:00am. After sending a receipt to Ms. Winter (several times) and calling more than a half dozen times, we were never reimbursed (this manager has been avoiding us and rude on every call) and the visit to Club Tahoe was a TOTAL FIASCO!! Avoid Club Tahoe at all costs!
