Just needs updates, been the same since built. Guest shower is awfully small for adults.

We had books a room through Priceline months ago. I called Club Tahoe the week before to confirm and even got a confirmation from Priceline the day of. When we got to Club Tahoe they said they are not honoring the reservation because of new ownership and current lawsuits. They refused to do anything. What a shole.

Same here, had a payed reservation for months, show up 7 pm, reception closed, annoying lady on the phone tells us they had cancelled the reservation 3 months ago and it‘s our problem that we ”weren’t notified”. Worst service ever. Cannot recommend staying here at all if you want to enjoy your vacation. Avoid 100%

After a 10 hour drive we arrived to check in. NO KEY was in the lock box and NO ONE was available to check us in! After waiting several hours (past midnight) we finally got in touch with a rude manager, named Kathy Winter, who told us that nobody was on site to help us and that we should go to RENO and get a room (and we would be reimbursed). We finally got to Reno at 2:00am. After sending a receipt to Ms. Winter (several times) and calling more than a half dozen times, we were never reimbursed (this manager has been avoiding us and rude on every call) and the visit to Club Tahoe was a TOTAL FIASCO!! Avoid Club Tahoe at all costs!
Wie einige hier haben wir die extrem schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, unfassbar unfreundlich an der Rezeption abgewiesen worden zu sein. Ich habe noch nie solch ein Verhalten im Service erlebt. Unsere monatelang getätigte Buchung war vom Hotel storniert worden. Auf die Frage, ob dies ein Scherz sei, wurde uns gedroht und wir das Grundstück verlassen sollten. Wir sind im Nachhinein sehr froh, nicht dort gelandet zu sein, wenn man als Gast wie Müll behandelt wird und sind zum Glück noch sehr gut in South Lake Tahoe untergekommen und wurden sogar mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Manche haben eben Ahnung von dem was Sie tun. An den Club Tahoe: Sparen sie sich die Floskeln wie bei den anderen Benutzern, daß sie die Vorkommnisse bedauern und ihr Verhalten ändern. Wir durften feststellen, dass dies nicht der Fall ist.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

À fuir absolument. Cet établissement est une arnaque. Nuits validées et payées sur booking depuis des mois. Nous arrivons après 8h de route, la personne agressive à l’accueil nous dit tout de suite que si nous avons réservé sur booking nous pouvons faire demi tour car aucune réservation. Établissement lamentable avec aucune empathie. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors avec nos enfants et obligés de prendre un logement de dernière minute.
