We had books a room through Priceline months ago. I called Club Tahoe the week before to confirm and even got a confirmation from Priceline the day of. When we got to Club Tahoe they said they are not honoring the reservation because of new ownership and current lawsuits. They refused to do anything. What a shole.

Same here, had a payed reservation for months, show up 7 pm, reception closed, annoying lady on the phone tells us they had cancelled the reservation 3 months ago and it‘s our problem that we ”weren’t notified”. Worst service ever. Cannot recommend staying here at all if you want to enjoy your vacation. Avoid 100%

After a 10 hour drive we arrived to check in. NO KEY was in the lock box and NO ONE was available to check us in! After waiting several hours (past midnight) we finally got in touch with a rude manager, named Kathy Winter, who told us that nobody was on site to help us and that we should go to RENO and get a room (and we would be reimbursed). We finally got to Reno at 2:00am. After sending a receipt to Ms. Winter (several times) and calling more than a half dozen times, we were never reimbursed (this manager has been avoiding us and rude on every call) and the visit to Club Tahoe was a TOTAL FIASCO!! Avoid Club Tahoe at all costs!
Wie einige hier haben wir die extrem schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, unfassbar unfreundlich an der Rezeption abgewiesen worden zu sein. Ich habe noch nie solch ein Verhalten im Service erlebt. Unsere monatelang getätigte Buchung war vom Hotel storniert worden. Auf die Frage, ob dies ein Scherz sei, wurde uns gedroht und wir das Grundstück verlassen sollten. Wir sind im Nachhinein sehr froh, nicht dort gelandet zu sein, wenn man als Gast wie Müll behandelt wird und sind zum Glück noch sehr gut in South Lake Tahoe untergekommen und wurden sogar mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Manche haben eben Ahnung von dem was Sie tun. An den Club Tahoe: Sparen sie sich die Floskeln wie bei den anderen Benutzern, daß sie die Vorkommnisse bedauern und ihr Verhalten ändern. Wir durften feststellen, dass dies nicht der Fall ist.

À fuir absolument. Cet établissement est une arnaque. Nuits validées et payées sur booking depuis des mois. Nous arrivons après 8h de route, la personne agressive à l’accueil nous dit tout de suite que si nous avons réservé sur booking nous pouvons faire demi tour car aucune réservation. Établissement lamentable avec aucune empathie. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors avec nos enfants et obligés de prendre un logement de dernière minute.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!! La pire expérience de ma vie avec un hôtel. J’ai réservé et payé 3 nuits dans cet établissement il y a 8 mois dans le cadre d’un road trip en famille. Quelle a été ma surprise en arrivant (après 8 heures de voiture) à l’hôtel. Pour commencer nous avons dû attendre de trouver quelqu’un à la réception qui était vide. Au bout de 20 minutes, la responsable nous reçoit enfin et nous explique qu’elle n’a pas de réservation pour nous. Nous nous retrouvons sans logement au lac tahoe. Aucune explication , aucune empathie et aucune proposition de solution alternative. Nous lui montrons la preuve de notre réservation et de notre paiement mais rien à faire. Nous lui demandons enfin de nous faire un écrit pour prouver que nous n’avons pas de réservation et là encore: c’est impossible ! La seule solution proposée a été de nous demander violemment de quitter l’hôtel et de nous menacer d’appeler le shérif ! Lamentable !!!

La pire expérience de notre Road trip. Arrivés sur place après 8h de route avec nos enfants en bas âge, nous nous rendons à l'accueil où nous attendons déjà minimum 30 min que la personne nous regarde. Ensuite nous lui expliquons que nous avons une réservation avec notre numéro confirmé et nous n'avons pas fini notre phrase qu'elle nous annonce qu'elle n'a pas de chambre pour nous, malgré le numéro de réservation et le fait que l'on ait payé cette chambre avec justificatif à l'appui. Aucune solution proposée, aucun effort d'explication à part nous demander de quitter l'établissement sur le champs en nous menaçant d'appeler le shérif. ?!?! Nous restons dans l'établissement car nous souhaitons avoir une preuve de son refus afin de nous faire rembourser par la suite mais rien n'y fait. Nous quittons l'établissement en retrouvant une solution de notre propre fait. Cet établissement est une arnaque, à fuir!!!!
La nostra prenotazione, fatta e pagata mesi fa, non è stata accettata. Peccato che lo abbiamo saputo al momento del check in, quando la persona alla reception ci ha messo davanti un foglio da leggere (foglio in cui veniva spiegato che la struttura non accettava più prenotazioni con la maggior parte dei partner online), e un numero da chiamare. Il tutto in modo molto scortese e con un atteggiamento di sufficienza, come se fossimo stati clienti di serie B. Non eravamo i soli a vagare per la hall dell'hotel con fogli in mano e numeri di telefono, completamente abbandonati a noi stessi e senza più un alloggio. Nessuno si è scusato con noi, nessuno ci ha offerto assistenza. Nessuna comunicazione nei tanti mesi intercorsi prima della vacanza, nessuno ci ha contattati. La nostra vacanza ha rischiato di andare all'aria. In tanti anni di viaggi e di soggiorni in hotel, mai ci era capitata una cosa più scandalosa. Per fortuna, grazie alla nostra esperienza, siamo riusciti a trovare una struttura fra l'altro di molto superiore a questa che ci ha soddisfatti a pieno. Il Club Tahoe Resort è assolutamente da evitare perché, quale che sia la reale ragione di tale comportamento, non ci si vede chiaro. Ho letto recensioni anche molto vecchie in cui si riscontra lo stesso modus operandi. Rimanete alla larga, non è tutto oro quello che luccica.
