Please consider doing dive into maintenance/cleaning every once in a while to make sure everything is functioning properly and to wipe down walls and remove cobwebs. Also - please at least replace the carpeting on a regular schedule. It is way passed its useful life.

Están excelentes las cabañas, e recamaras 2 baños completos, cocina, terraza ....muy limpios vale la pena visitarlos u su precio esta bien

The cabinets were very high so please provide a step stool for us short folks to reach the cups & plates. Thank you!

Very happy with this visit but not happy with the infighting and the assessments. I own 3. Been there since the beginning. Used to have a king in master. Now a queen. Used to have a huge dining table. Used to have a couch and love seat. Even the logs are smaller.
Place was very clean though and the present employees outstanding especially Alisa at the front desk.
Even people who don’t have a time share there have heard the scuttle but.
This visit was impeccable.

1. Beach passes be available for guests
2. The unit should have towels for 6 (not 4). We have to go to housekeeping to request the additional 2 sets
3. Liked that the tennis/pickle ball court was opened.
We know what to expect as we have had this unit for over 40 years.

The location was fantastic. It is closed to the beach, hikes, grocery, restaurants and not too far of a drive to Mount Rose. The unit accommodates 6 comfortably.

When we checked out my husband left his wallet full of money in the bedroom and the maid quickly took it to the front desk, they called and we turned around. We are grateful to the maid for her honesty and quickly taking the wallet to front desk

Your advertisement showed the lake close by with a bench, this led me to believe your resort was close to the water, it was not. Your check in clerk said to complain to Hotels.com. The condo was fine, very roomy and a good value. We did find long back hairs in the bathroom, we only have short. The beds were not very good! The kitchen was outfitted very well for cooking. We enjoyed our stay except for the few things I have mentioned. Retired Travel Agent
Your had quite a few recreation facilities for your clients, tennis, hot tub, weight room, squash court. The roominess of the condo. It is older but quite adequate.
