I I can’t think of anything at the moment. Everything was similar to what it used to be years ago and for that I was very grateful. I would like to complement Carla, Sam and Alisa. Those three employees were fabulous. Knowledgeable, friendly professional.
The cleanliness

Place and stairs not vacuumed. downstairs dirty. With very dirty spots on carpet. beds not made with fitted sheets. Not enough towels . Not enough plates
Slats on shades need to be fixed

The beds are way too soft. Have not been changed in at least 7 years.
The right side burners on the stove both front and back has not worked in the last three years.

Recreation pass for Incline village is valued and appreciated

Some of the bedding is dated BUT it also gives like classic vacation vibes so it just depends how you see it
I truly loved the space we stayed in and how it was quiet while still being around other people

When the wash machine would not drain it was reported. Nothing was done. No alternative washing options given.
Wash machine plumb wrong. Hot water hooked up to the cold water and cold water hooked to the hot water.
Tradition!

update the rooms. also, the pool area tile had numerous missing edging pieces around the pool. Also more parking.
beautiful location. But would be nice to have access to incline beach
